Unable to Pay Direct Debit
In the last couple of days I have been trying to pay my monthly bills as usual per direct debit. I am able to get to the payment page and enter my details but when I press pay nothing happens. Does this happen for anyone else? Is there something I should try or should I give it a couple more days?
Ok, for anyone else running into this problem. It might be a browser issue. I was originally trying to do this in firefox but changing to a chrome based browser fixed it for me
