Unable to Log onto My Virgin Media

@virginmedia complete shambles. Not been able to login to account or stream sky sports etc.. for 1 month due to this recent 02 account linking directing me to an email address I no longer have access to. 2 phone calls, 3 What’s app chats, 1 ticket raised 20 days ago which hasn’t been actioned. 1 complaint letter sent without reply and still no further to resolving issue. Only option is to cancel account unless someone can help me ASAP
