Unable to link VM account to my virginmediaO2 ID

It's saying my email doesn't match to the one I've signed up with which is BS as I'm copying & pasting it from my contract so definitely no mistakes on my end, can't seem to get through to human support at all either. If I'd have known it was going to be such a hassle to link an account I wouldn't have chosen Virgin
