My new account seems to be linked to someone else’s email, all contract stuff came to my email address, i have tried all the email addresses I have and nothing please contact me to help. Your phone system has no way to contact a person when your auto bot does not have an option for the thing I need.

Could you expand please on what's happened? Are you trying to sign into your online My Virgin Media account?
You've mentioned it's linked to someone else's email, do you mean you haven't received the verification link?

I have exactly the same issue on Cannot link virgin 02 account to virgin media account | Virgin Media Community - 5654607, no response from Virgin, but others who have posted the same thing have at least had a response.
Not a great experience for new customers.
