I’m a brand new customer and I’m receiving emails daily to register for an account and just received a text message to remind me. I have phoned support twice and they aren’t able to assist. It appears that many customers are also facing the same issue. Has anyone received a solution as I can see that some threads have been marked as resolved but can’t see the resolution.

I’m also facing the same issue. I’ve tried changing the email address and this hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve phoned twice and no one knows how to fix such a simple issue!
