Unable to link account

I’m a brand new customer and I’m receiving emails daily to register for an account and just received a text message to remind me. I have phoned support twice and they aren’t able to assist. It appears that many customers are also facing the same issue. Has anyone received a solution as I can see that some threads have been marked as resolved but can’t see the resolution.

  • I’m also facing the same issue. I’ve tried changing the email address and this hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve phoned twice and no one knows how to fix such a simple issue!
