Unable to deactivate account
Like many others that have posted in these forums, I’m having a total nightmare trying to disconnect my VM account.
I did initiate One Touch Switch to Vodafone but as Open Reach had to dig up the driveway, I cancelled the switch.
For personal reasons I have now moved out of the property so asked VM to terminate the account.
I have since been passed from pillar to post with no one seemingly able to close the account.
This has been going on since mid April and all I get told is that either the account will get deactivated in the next few days, but never does, or that there is an IT issue preventing closure.
Any advice on what to do next would be much appreciated .
