Is V6 box deactivated?
Hi. I have the 500mb old TiVo box. I was sent a V6 box a couple of years ago but never activated/connected it. Can I connect and activate it now or will Virgin have deactivated/deleted it from my account? How can I clarify if so? Thanks
Hi, sorry, got through quickly (!) to tech help and serial no. of V6 still on my account system (or she'd have added it) so should be ok. She also reckoned will be years before TiVo systems abandoned n everyone forced onto 360 or stream.
