Sincerest apologies for any confusion, but your post has been split into it's own thread so we can currently only see the title of 'Unable to complete SSO sign up for new VM account'. ๐ This is your thread. We can't currently see any posts by a user of the name you have provided (serishasiner) - it may be that they have deleted their account.
Can you please give us a little more detail about what's happening in your case, so we can offer further support? Any error codes or messages, or screenshots are greatly appreciated! (And will help us if needing to raise an IT ticket for your individual case.)
