Unable to change to ebilling

Hi there,

I am unable to switch to ebilling online, could a member of the team please assist me with this?

    Thanks for your post. 
    Sorry to hear about the difficulty trying to set up ebilling.

    I'm guessing you've tried through your online account following the steps below?

    •    Click on the Settings tile.

    •    Click on Account Details.

    •    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

    •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

    •    Click Update.
    If this doesn't work, please let us know and we can add it from here for you.
