Unable to access ntlworld email

I've signed into Virgin Media via the new procedure but am unable to access my ntlworld email on the laptop.  I'm the account holder but can only gain access to my husband's ntlworld email (which is no longer used as he has advanced dementia).  Please can anyone offer any advice (in simple terms, I'm noy very bright!).  Thanks in advance,

    Are you getting any error messages, if so what are they?

    Is it only your laptop this isn't working on?

      Thanks for your response.  No, there are no error messages, I just can't access my email. We used to have separate login names and passwords when my husband was the account holder but none give me access to my ntlworld emails, just my husband's.  I hope this makes sense.

    Sounds like you have 2 mailboxes, so there will need to be 2 VMO2ID accounts created.   Also which email was the old "primary" account?  This will most likely be the mailbox you are currently seeing in Webmail?

    Thanks  both of you for responding.

    I'm not receiving error messages.  Once I've signed into my Virgin Media account and click on Email, my husband's ntlworld email opens up.  This hasn't been used for 4 years.

    My husband used to be the account holder and his email was the primary account.  I've only experienced a problem since I became the account holder and having to sign in very recently with the new procedure and new password.  My email is, so far, still accessible on my mobile phone  but I primarily use my laptop.  

    Hope you can get me sorted.
