Unable to access My Virgin Media website
I am a returning customer and have tried to access the VirginMedia.com website for the last two days to set up the My Virgin Media account, but the website is not usable. When I try to load any page all I can see is the top banner with the menu icon to the left and account user icon to the right (neither of which works), and the rest of the page is blank (white). When first loading I can see some tiles that are visible for a second or two and then disappear to leave the blank page!
I've tried to access via three different PC browsers and my mobile and they all exhibit the same behaviour, I've also tried to link to the site form other websites such as broadband availability checkers, and the same thing happens trying to load the VirginMedia.com pages, so it's clearly not a local browser issue and seems to be a fault with the display of the website itself.
I've searched and can't find anything that relates to an issue with the website. Service-down-checker sites show it as accessible, which it is, but they don't have the ability to report whether pages are actually working or not so can't help in this situation.
I've also had issues with lack of communication regarding my expected install on Monday next week (13th), and have a very low confidence level that this will be done as I was originally informed when I signed-up on 19th Dec. If things don't get resolved satisfactorily I will look for other providers and cancel within the cooling-off period.
