We're sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the website. Checking here, we've got no problems with the pages loading and nothing has been reported to advise of a fault.
Can you try clearing the cache, cookies and history on your browser and trying again? Make sure you don't have any browser extensions running either.
In terms of communication, there isn't usually very much before an installation. You'll be sent an order confirmation once your order is placed and then we usually send a welcome email with your installation date and account details. There wouldn't usually be anything else unless an issue crops up. What information are you looking for? Maybe it's something we can help with?
