Trouble renewing contract 🤔

I renewed (well at least I thought I had) my contract 5 days ago online (and got a 'thanks for staying with us' message and even printed my new contract off), but still keep getting a message saying ... it's time to renew your contract whenever I log in. What's going on 🤔

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    I'm sorry to hear your renewal deal hasn't been applied yet.

    It can take up to 14 days for online offers to be added to the account.

    Does the contract document have an activation date?

    I'll send you a private message now so I can check this further for you.
