TNT sports offer problem

Hi,

On my account home page - I have an offer to add TNT sports for £12. But every time I select it, it shows my bill going up by £18.

Can someone advise please?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with a TNT Sport offer relating to Eurosport. All customer that we have contacted via email have a deadline of 30 days from that email being received to activate the offer where you will have the subscription at a discounted rate. Can you confirm that you attempted to add this during the 30 day period?

    If so please respond to the private message that you will have from me so that we can look into this further with you. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
