I renewed my package in and was told if I renewed everything would remain the same and I wouldn't lose any channels but I have lost TNT sports. I always enjoy using this channel this time of year to watch the cycling so was extremely disappointed to see I no longer have this especially as I was told in January my package would remain the same. I would like to have this channel added as promised tnt would still be included in my renewal cost.
Another case of CS misinformation. When Warner took over the former BT Sports channels, the new agreement with VM no longer allowed bundling with other channels. Hence they became Premium channels in the same way as the Sky Sports channels are.
When the agreements changed last year, VM did offer some heavy users of the channels a “tide over” deal to keep the channels for their next contract renewal period.
TNT Sports can be added to any Virgin Media TV package for £18 per month.
How does that help the OP ,who was lied to?
