Talk to Customer Services

Hi my account has been restricted due to an outstanding bill. Due to this restriction I'm unable to call 150 or the 0345 number as I get the automated payment line, but I want to talk to an agent.

Come on Virgin why are you so against actually talking to your existing customers

      No not a the moment I would like to come to a payment arrangement

        We understand. In this case, please call us on 150 / 0345 454 1111, and you will be routed to the Collections Team who can look into a payment plan for you, where available. We understand it's just giving you the automated payment line but are you able to try another device for calling, or our WhatsApp message line on +44730 532 7112?
