Taking out new contract will this month

My current contract expires soon and I'm considering the new contract deal thats been offered, but I want to know, as the contract is post January 9th 2025 will the annual price rise next April be £3.50 or the old RPI + % thing?

    Any new contract taken now would be with the £3.50 increase in April of each year.

    To clarify I should have said as the NEW contact will begin after Jan 25
