Switch to ebilling

Hi, can someone sort this for me. The option to switch to ebilling in my account from the marketing and contact preference is set to Email / Text message / Phone call / Post but it doesn't seem to be taking effect on my bill and I'm still getting charged for a paper bill each month

      Hello TheEddienator,

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Iโ€™m sorry to hear of the issues that youโ€™re having trying to setup e-billing on your account. Please can you try following the below instructions which will should allow you to set up ebilling

      โ€ข    Click on the Settings tile.
      โ€ข    Click on My Virgin Media Account Details.
      โ€ข    Click on Marketing and account preferences
      โ€ข    Click edit in the Contact Preferences section
      โ€ข    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
      โ€ข    Click Update.

        This don't work for me for enabling e-billing.  The only option other than audio, braille etc is 'Email / Text message / Phone call / Post'.  
        There is a message saying 'If you choose to be contacted by email, weโ€™ll switch your bills to eBills.'  But there is no way to select email only.  What a joke.

        Nothing to do with you I know but the WM website is absolute bollocks, it really is.
