Switch to ebilling

Hi, can someone sort this for me. The option to switch to ebilling in my account from the marketing and contact preference is set to Email / Text message / Phone call / Post but it doesn't seem to be taking effect on my bill and I'm still getting charged for a paper bill each month

      Hello TheEddienator,

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to setup e-billing on your account. Please can you try following the below instructions which will should allow you to set up ebilling

      •    Click on the Settings tile.
      •    Click on My Virgin Media Account Details.
      •    Click on Marketing and account preferences
      •    Click edit in the Contact Preferences section
      •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
      •    Click Update.
