Switch to eBilling

Like countless users I do not have an option to select eBilling. I have followed all existing methods and they do not work. May this be resolved please.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues registering for E-Billing. This is something we can certainly sort out for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
