Switch to ebilling

Hello, I'm having the same problem - In my account options I have my communication preference set to - eBills / Email / Text - but I received a paper bill in the post twice already. I tried to follow the instructions to switch to eBilling but can't find any other way to do it. I'll need some help. Thanks
