switch to ebilling. Appears a lot of people have the same issue.
Trying to switch to ebilling but cannot find anything to do this. Appears that I’m not the only one having this problem! Virgin were supposed to have done this when I telephoned a few weeks ago but it obviously hasn’t been done as I’ve now received a paper bill and been charged £1.75 for the unwanted privilege. Tried chatting to a robot but just going round and round in circles!
Also when I log on to my account it’s still showing my deceased husband’s name even though the account has allegedly been sorted and reset in my name
