Switch on eBilling

Hi,

 

I'm unable to switch on eBilling since joining VM in May . Can you/a member of your team please assist?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with e-Billing you are encountering.
    Unfortunately we cannot setup e-Billing on our end as it has to be done through your My Virgin Media account online.

    Please follow the steps here and let us know how you get along.

      Hi Ilyas, 

      Regretfully I've already tried the above method. 

      After clicking 'Switch to eBilling' - I'm taken to my 'Security and Sign in Details' and there's no option to switch on ebilling on this page. I've attached a screenshot of this page, blanking out my email.
