STILL UNABLE TO REGISTER

So for the last 5 days i have been trying to register my account, everyday i have spoken to someone on live chat but still not being resolved, i was promised an email thats has never arrived with my account number and contract info, where is it, i need to register so i can check my account and set up direct debit etc etc
