Still no Netflix!
Hello,
I signed up for a new contract in October. Highest speed internet plus Netflix but no activation email has ever been sent and the banner has never been available on the website. I've been on the phone and the web chat numerous times, promised emails and support and compensation but got nothing at this time. I put in a complaint but all I got was an AI summing up everything I was complaining about! I just want the Netflix I was promised!
Can anyone help me, please?
