Still getting 'please return' but already done so

I am still getting please return equipment emails, even though they were returned, and I provided proof of this some weeks ago. Virgin acknowledged receipt and that it was with the courier. I have called and thought this had cleared, clearly not. Is there someone in tech I can talk to please? I am also owed £13 by them, can this be paid?
