Still Can’t sign in to myvirginmedia

Also unable to link my Virgin Media account to new Virgin O2 identity | Virgin Media Community - 5665238

I've signed up using VMO2 specified email and when i try to link to my virgin media it says i dont have a VM account after entering my Surname, VM account number and area reference.

Well i've left it longer than 5 working days after i phoned on 27th August but still no resolution! No one has contacted me! 

Where is the customer service? A ticket was raised but still nothing.

    We're sorry to hear of the ongoing online account and VMO2 issues experienced.

     

    As advised previously, the issue is part of a ticket currently being investigated by the team, it remains open and being looked into and as soon as there is an update they will be in touch to advise.

      Thank you for the response. Why was i told by VM customer service i would have a reply within 48 hours and by a forum member 5 working days? Just tell people the truth they will understand you're having issues.

      It's no wonder consumer magazine, Which! UK, have continually rated VM as having the worst customer service out of all the tv/broadband providers.

        Thanks for getting back in touch Stevec133. We do have a general turn around on issues that we report to IT, and some areas have different times from other areas. there can also be some that are complex or the workaround for a resolution has not worked and prolong a resolution. We are doing everything we can to get out customers affected resolved, without looking Into your account we would not be able to advise where your ticket Is at.

      I have a so called ticket for this issue that has been open for weeks... and is still being investigated.. Are you saying that there is another "generic/general" ticket that is open for this issue?... If so are you able to post that ticket number please?

        Hi Tony 👋.

        Thanks for reaching out to us, the ticket that you have is for you. There is not a generic/general ticket as every customers issue is a case by case basis and due to GDPR tickets are issued to the customer that is for them only.
