Speak to a Human?

Need to speak to a human on the phone to discuss multiple issues.

  1. I’ve ordered the same broadband package twice in error.
  2. NO confirmation email for either order.
  3. At no point was I prompted to create an account.
  4. When trying to make an account you just get sent to Virgin/O2 webpage and get sent round in circles.

When calling virgins customer service number you get sent round in endless circles and it’s impossible to speak with an agent. 
I read somewhere else that if you say ‘thinking of leaving’ then you’ll get fast tracked to a human being. Unfortunately, before they can connect you, you have to say your account password. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP.

  • You won't find a human even when you have signed up. It's all machines now.
