Speak to a Human?
Need to speak to a human on the phone to discuss multiple issues.
- I’ve ordered the same broadband package twice in error.
- NO confirmation email for either order.
- At no point was I prompted to create an account.
- When trying to make an account you just get sent to Virgin/O2 webpage and get sent round in circles.
When calling virgins customer service number you get sent round in endless circles and it’s impossible to speak with an agent.
I read somewhere else that if you say ‘thinking of leaving’ then you’ll get fast tracked to a human being. Unfortunately, before they can connect you, you have to say your account password. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP.
