Hi
I ordered a Sky Sports offer online from my account on 24th January and received an email confirming the order. It has still not been activated. I went on the online chat but hit a brick wall with them wanting me to buy sky sports for more money, which I declined.
Any ideas how long it takes to do an online activation.

Any online order can take up to 14 days to be added to your account but its been longer than that now. I'd be happy to take a further look into this for you but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.
