Hi Skem5, sorry you're unable to log into the Sky Sports App. We're aware of the issue and have been working with our Support Team to get to the bottom of it. We hope to get it working as quickly as we can.

Same issues. I couldn't be home to watch the game today, so relying on logging in via the Sky Sports app. Have missed half the game already. Not happy..

Same issue, tried everything I could think of, different browsers, cleared caches, restarted laptop, uninstalled and resintalled app, still getting this "Sorry, there was an error processing your login request (err_unknown)."

What is the point of paying all this money only for the app not to work. Virgin needs to make virgin tv go accessible on smart TVs and not only via laptop / phone - and they need to make it easier to watch sky sports through their platform.

Got the same issue on my ipad and iphone. Looking forward all day to the match and cant log into SkySports app using my Virgin login. Bet my monthly subscription price still goes up though!
