Sky Sports / TNT Sports upgrade query

Just a quick questions. I accepted the Sky Sports / TNT Sports £39 offer on Friday 22nd August. I understand that activation can take 7-14 days however my email confirmation did not have an activation estimate and this is not appearing as an open order on my account (was told by chat this could take 48hrs which it has been) and can’t see any changes to my account.
Is this normal and I just need to wait?
