Sky Cinema Activation

So 14 days ago I added Sky Cinema to my package via the app, and I am still yet to see it activated on my TV. I have a order reference number to prove the order, has anyone else experienced this?

    AFAIK changes via the app are sent to the "back office team" to action.  I believe this can take some time to action.  The advice seems to be phone CS when doing such changes, as they are done at that time.
