Sorry to hear you've signed up with the wrong email.
We haven't been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Was this registering for an online account or have you just join to install with us and entered the wrong email?
If you've only just signed up to join us it maybe that you're account has not been created yet, have you spoken with our pre-install team on 0800 052 1734 to see if they're able to locate your order and amend this at this time?
