Signed up with wrong email address

I signed up with an email address I do not have access to by accident, this means I can't verify my account so can't log in what so ever. Is there any way to change this email address? Thanks

  • Ive also signed up with an invalid email as it doesn’t exist. Is there anyway to get this changed please

    I have accidentally registered the wrong email address and put .co.uk and not .com please help as I cannot access my Virgin account.

      Sorry to hear you've signed up with the wrong email. 

      We haven't been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Was this registering for an online account or have you just join to install with us and entered the wrong email?

      If you've only just signed up to join us it maybe that you're account has not been created yet, have you spoken with our pre-install team on 0800 052 1734 to see if they're able to locate your order and amend this at this time?

        I would like to cancel my order as there have been some other issues getting it through and I would rather start over

        Can I send you my order reference and have this be cancelled?
