Signed up to VM for mother in law

I have signed my 93 old mother in law to VM, reason is she is with Vodafone & they have put up the price, with VM we both get £50 for my referal & cheaper deal 

Another reason is the Vodafone router is plugged into the plug tower next to the tv she occasionally switches the plug tower off accidentally, it can't be put anywhere else 

When VM come to install the Hub5x I'm hoping they'll put it in the hall it'll be alot better less chance of her switching it off, will VM put it where I want?

I'm hoping they will

    Hi Stephen93 👋 Welcome back to the community forum! Thanks for posting to raise these concerns about your mother-in-laws pending installation and setup. 

    If she's currently with an alternative provider, it's most likely there will be a manned installation. When this appointment takes place, she will just need to let the engineer know where the hub will be best located and they can help with this. (Our services require a different kind of installation point / socket than others.)

    If she needs it relocating again in future we can facilitate this! There's just a one-time-visit charge for the appointment.
