Signed up for offer and now no record

Hi I am having a nightmare with VM. My contract ends mid May and I received an email on 16th Feb asking me to recontact and was sent a link. I clicked this and signed up to recontact for 18 months at £5 more per month than current cost.

I contacted VM this morning to confirm this on FB but they are now saying it wasn't a recontact and was just a change in offer until end of contract. Why would I sign up for an increase in price for remainder of my contract? I have screenshot of the conversation and as far as I was aware I was now on a new contract. I can see recontact links on my online account but the just go to an Oooops screen.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble regarding the change of a bundle. What was advised via Facebook support exactly? We're the same team that also manage that.
