Sign in problems

A while back I had issues trying to watch sky sports via the Virgin TV Go app. Nothing I did worked and after trying numerous attempts I got confused and locked myself out of my account. After spending ages on the phone I was told that I had to use an e-mail address other than my Virgin one. Baffling but I did it and it worked. All good, or so I thought until recently. 

Yesterday I thought I’d watch the football on my iPad, simple. Nope. Login didn’t work and had to go through a long process again. Thought I’d use facial recognition but the link for that said unavailable at this time! Let my iPad choose a secure password as it’s automatically saved and used on all Apple devices. 👍🏻

Nope! On my way home from work I thought I’d watch another match. The saved password didn’t work, went through a long process again that sent me around in constant circles. Now I’m locked out again! 🤬

Any help greatly appreciated before I consider leaving VM as I’m absolutely sick of this.

    Tried again today and sailed through the process by doing the same things as yesterday. Dont know why so this thread can be closed. Thanks

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in to TV Go. In order to watch Sky Sports channels, you would need to log in to the Sky Sports app using your My VM details. 

    Before doing that, we need to ensure you have your VM O2 ID ready. If you've not already done this, please click here. You'll need to create your ID and link your VM account. Once you've done this, you'll then be able to use TV Go and the Sky Sports App. You can find further help on creating your ID here.
