Rude customer service
Words fail me for the lack of respect we have received from customer service, we have been using virgin media for ten years but this is absolutely disgraceful.
we received a text on the 8 th November as our tv went down saying there was an issue , we was left with no tv for five weeks . We was told it was our fault , do this do that , nothing worked ,they kept saying we couldn’t have an engineer, after a very patient five weeks , we insisted we wanted an engineer and was told we would have to pay as it was our fault! We didn’t want no tv over Christmas. They sent an engineer…. He is the only decen5 person that works for this company and he said instantly that box was dead , fixed it and said we would be entitled to our money back for the five weeks that they had taken £110 from us. Oh no we got offered 14 quid!
when we asled about leaving and taking our hard earned money to a company that might respect its customers we was told to pay £730 to leave : so we are stuck for the next 9 months .
how can they justify taking our money for a service they didn’t provide ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT
