Rolling Credit not applied
Hi All,
I've seen a few posts in which people have had billing discrepancies. I was wondering how long does it take to resolve and have the rolling credit applied?
I have raised 2 complaints now;
1st one was completely ignored and I was lied to, had the chat log which seems strange as to why Virgin Media would allow that kind of thing to happen.
2nd complaint I made a few days ago and has since been resolved but I haven't seen my current bill updated to reflect the rolling credit that I was promised.
I'm worried that it's not going to be applied.
What recourse could I take if they don't apply it and lied again......do I take it to the ombudsman?
