Hello I’ve been sent two returns packaging one from Royal Mail one from yodel I’ve sent the yodel one back with all the equipmentI’ve got a tracking receipt and received confirmation on my side that it’s been received by virgin but nothing yet on virgins siteI'm a little bit confused about the packaging from Royal Mail can anybody shed any light on this

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your returns packaging at the moment. When did you return your equipment to us as it can take up to 10 days for the equipment to be processed once its been returned to us. I'm also a little confused as we don't normally use The Royal Mail for our equipment returns.
