Returning virgin Media equipment
Hi everyone, just been charged £260 for not returning equipment. I can't contact anyone as there appears to be no numbers for returning goods. Tried online chat which is useless.
Sent equipment back on 15th January, checked Yodel tracking and it says it's been returned, do not know what to do? Does anyone have a similar experience or knows a contactable number?
