Returning router late

I have been ill recently and unable to deal with sending my router back in time. I will be sending it back on the day after the Easter bank holiday weekend, which is the day it was meant to be received. If they get it back will they still charge me the full cost of it?

    Hi joneb,

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

    If you are charged for the hub and then the hub is returned to us we would remove/refund the charge. Depending if we have taken a payment for it yet.
