Returning my router..
I have left Virgin media, and must return my router, or be charged.
Today I recieved a SMS telling me I should have received my returns pack and posted the item back. As I had not had the return pack, I clicked on the link that said I could 're-order' another pack...
...Alas it was an "AI" bot that without my account number was useless.
I Googled this returns pack issue and Reddit suggested I posted here...
So any Virgin staff able to help me out, please do!
