Returning Kit - VM video says 80 days; charge slapped on 1st of month 30 days later.
Hi VM,
So, the charges you slapped on my account for non-kit return are sorted. It was 100% a VM issue and VM Staff eventually turned up without an appointment (VM having cancelled on the morning of the original agreed appointment) the day before the charge was slapped on. Good job I was home. So I actually had confirmation of all returned kit, before the charge was slapped on.
Anyway, the reason why I write this post, is that your own video says 80 days for return and its on your own web page for "Final Bill Explained".

So once again, broken information from VM direct. The video says 80 days to return kit. So the video needs updating or the charges need to stop being slapped on after 30 days and after 80 days instead.
