Returned wrong item

Hi my mum has returned the wrong item back to virgin. Is there anyway we can get the item back?

    Sorry to hear that your mother has sent back the wrong equipment. 

    Was the equipment returned to us, Virgin Media equipment, or your own personal equipment?

      Hi it was own personal equipment was a western digital hard drive not virgin media equipment
