Return of set top box i do not have
I recently terminated my virgin media account, i sent back the router and set top box i had. I received a email from virgin media that says i had two set top boxes to return, i have only ever had one, i had a set top box replaced by an engineer a year or so ago and he took the faulty box but apart from that i have only ever had a single box, i do not want to get charged for something i have never had please help.
