I have been trying to get VM to collect my old modem as I have a hub 5 now.
Despite numerous promises and making a complaint the only thing I get sent is a return package for drop off at a yodel store!
I am recovering from open heart surgery so do not go out. My mobility is impaired so walking any distance is not possible.
Could a moderator please arrange for its collection.
I have had a 3x CABG and have an implanted ICD care of the Cardio team at Basildon Hospital.
I am sure you can ask some one to drop off that yodel packet for you.
