RETURN DEADLINE

My deadline is 19th feb yet i havent got my packaging and if i go to yodel now itll take 3 days can you extend the deadline thank you

    Sorry to hear you've not received your returns packaging, this is normally received around 2 weeks after disconnection.

    You can also order this yourself here

    If there is a charge applied to the account, this would then be removed upon receipt of the equipment.

      If the return is late,will i not get charged at all?

      i have ordered it 2 times still haven’t received anything

        If a charge is added at all andydangol72 then it will be refunded as soon as the equipment is returned. 

        You can also return this by handing the equipment back over to any O2 store.
