  • Hi CAshby 👋 Thanks for getting in touch!

    When you cancel your services, you are automatically sent returns packaging for any equipment which needs returning after the disconnection. It would automatically be sent to the address where the services are held, but we can set up sending it to an alternative if this wasn't already completed when processing the disconnection.

    Just let us know if you need us to update the contact address so any returns packaging is sent to the right place.

    The Returns link that you posted is working correctly for me using Chrome.   Have you tried using a different browser, or an incognito/private window?

    You should receive the returns packaging automatically around 14 days after the cancellation completes.

    You can use the following link to print out your own returns label and use your own packaging.

    After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store. Enclose a covering note with your account number and details of the returned equipment including serial numbers.

    Make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
