Replacement cheque required
Hi there
When I moved away from Virgin Media I had a credit balance on my account. I received a cheque through the post for this. This was dates 20.3.2025. It's been over 6 months and now the cheque can't be accepted. Please could you send a replacement or let me know if you can do a deposit directly to my bank account?
