Hi my current contract expires on 16th Jan 2025, last month I renewed online on my Virgin account got the pre contract and Your Virgin Media order confirmation email that was back on 13th December 2024 not received the new contract yet I know it take up-to 14 days for renewals to be processed but that timescale had come and passed.
I renewed the same TV package with BT sport the only other thing changed was broadband from volt 350 to Gig1 I got a new hub 5 delivered for that the speed upgrade is already active.
So the only thing am waiting for is my new contract.
